An award-winning Artisan baker, Marcus is a Coupe Louis Lesaffre winner as a member of team Canada, and he finished in the top 10 at the 2016 Bakery World Cup, hosted in Paris. He is also one of only six candidates worldwide to be invited to complete for the title of World Master Baker (Artisan Bread category) in 2018. With Weston Foods since 1996, Marcus sets the standard for high quality and authenticity throughout the ACE® brand.

Wayne Blythe

Senior Manager, Research & Development


A donut and dessert master, Wayne creates new ideas, amazing flavors and delicious products that sell for Weston Foodservice customers. He began his career as a donut baker in 1996, and had climbed the ranks – he’s in the 30 Under 30 for the Food Industry and a Certified Culinary Scientist with the Research Chefs Association! He’s been at Weston for 1.5 years, and in his time with the team had worked across categories - from donuts and cookies, to breads, pies and cakes.

Business Development Manager, Culinary & Training


A foodie by trade and passion, Elizabeth has had an extensive international career in culinary – working alongside chefs in Canada, the U.S. and Australia. She is passionate about travel to see, taste and experience foods across cultures, and then distill that into her work with customers. This passion has earned her a spot in the 30 Under 30 for the Food Industry! At Weston, she works with a broad range of customers, partnering and collaborating to elevate their culinary game and help them to see our products in innovative and delicious new ways.
